Visa Application

Visa application process can take several weeks, so we encourage attendees to apply for visas as early as possible. Please, check the following official website for information about procedures to follow and legislation in place concerning visa formalities for Austria:

Please, contact Embassy of Austria in the country of your origin to ask about required documents for a visa application (list of documents, period of visa issuing etc.)

Letter of Invitation

If you require a visa, we advise you to obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers to help facilitate the visa process. Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered and paid/approved delegates.

You can email icll@iacsitp.com and request a Letter of Invitation after successful registration.
